The Modern Goddess

In my last blog post I set you a challenge to do one thing this month that nurtures you.  I said it could be anything from a home manicure or getting that much needed hair cut to spending an hour reading that book you’ve wanted to read, without hearing the word "mum".

All I was asking is that you take some time for YOU!

I actually had a big month of nurturing.  Firstly I spent time away from the hussle and bussle of Hong Kong and went back to Australia.  I got to spend some time out in the bush at the back of Gympie, Queensland and I spent some time sitting on the sand dunes on the beach near Marcola, Queensland.  I also painted my toenails, had a facial using a gift certificate I had been given and had my hair coloured.
