About Me

    I am a successful coach, facilitator, writer and empowerment advocate.

As a modern goddess I wear many hats - I am a small business owner, wife, friend, lover, nurturer, social butterfly, life long learner, traveler, daughter, aunty, sister, facilitator and want-to-be artist. I continue to work at having balance in my life and I aspire to do more in this world.

Originally from Australia and now living in Hong Kong, I am a qualified Adult Educator, Goddess Facilitator, Reiki Master and soon to be Soul Coach.

I love helping women. My business has evolved over time and evolved out of a passion to help women become empowered and inspired. My aim is to provide women with the tools and resources that help them discover of their inner goddess; their personal power.

My Interests

    I\'m a book-a-holic, as well as a choc-a-holic. I like to be creative and will try my hand at anything once. I enjoy beading and making jewellery. I meditate, try to exercise at least 3 times a week but that\'s more out of a need than a desire.

I enjoy writing and find it helps me gain clarity and direction in my life.
